A great British success story Experian have seen exceptional growth over the last ten years and the natural progression was a move into the US and then further expansion in the EMEA region. The move into the US was successfully achieved a few years ago and the move into EMEA was driven by a number of significant acquisitions last year. Our brief was to find a true HR Business Partner who had extensive international experience and who had the personality and drive to match the charismatic MD of one of their main divisions. We involved the management team extensively in our 'search' to ensure a good cultural fit and to ensure they all felt part of the decision making process.
